Is Adoption Agent just a chatbot?

No. A chatbot answers and stops. Adoption Agent answers in context, and when a relevant flow exists, it launches it to guide users to completion. When one doesn't, it still answers from your own knowledge sources—so every question gets a useful answer, not a dead end.

Can we control what the Agent recommends?

Yes. The Agent surfaces flows from your own library and answers from knowledge sources you approve—your help center, docs, and URLs. It only recommends what you've built and connected.

How does the Agent know what to answer—and what if it can't?

It's trained on your approved knowledge sources—Zendesk, Help Center, docs, and custom URLs—to answer in context. When it hits something it can't confidently answer, that question surfaces automatically in FlowAI Signals, so you can close the gap before it becomes a ticket queue.

Does setting up Adoption Agent require engineering?

No. You connect your knowledge sources and select which flows it can surface—no developer time needed. (You will need the Userflow snippet installed for users to see flows, which takes a few minutes.)
