The leaks you can't see anymore

Most onboarding flows don't fail loudly. They fail in patterns the team has stopped noticing: a disabled button with no tooltip. A nagging checklist for tasks the user is no longer allowed to complete. Four CTAs competing on the first paint. An aha moment that's visible, but not interactive.

Each one feels small in isolation. Together they cost activation, expansion accounts, and the trial revenue you already spent CAC to earn.

We audit those patterns. Then we hand you a fix list ordered by effort and impact, so the first thing you ship is the thing that moves the curve.

A scorecard, a fix list, and a working theory of why your activation curve looks the way it does.

The six dimensions we score.

How fast does it click?

How many steps and how much effort from signup to the first meaningful product action. Shorter is better, but not if meaning is sacrificed.

Does the next step explain itself?

At every step, is the next action obvious? Does the user ever have to guess what to do?

Where does it stall?

Forced decisions without context, unexplained fields, dead ends, required fields that feel premature, unclear error states.

Does a blank canvas teach?

When the user lands in a blank workspace or view, does the product show them what it does — or does it just sit there?

Value before commitment?

Did the product demonstrate its core value before asking for significant commitment — payment, team invite, deep config?

Can a confused user get back?

When the user misclicks, gets confused, or hits an error, can they easily get back on track?

Each dimension is scored 1–5 against documented criteria. Each ships with at least one specific recommendation grounded in the trace — not a generic best-practice nudge.

Three steps. Thirty minutes of your time.

We deliver the report live

You'll give us access to your account live on the call. We'll run the audit and walk through it with you right then and there.

You walk away with fixes

We'll share the report so you can take it back to your team and start executing on the findings — and see your activation results soar.

The questions we usually get.

Still have questions?

Our team is happy to help, whether you’re
just exploring or ready to get started.

Why is it free?

Because we know what good onboarding looks like, and the fastest way to prove it is to find leaks in yours. If the report makes the case for Userflow, great. If it doesn't, you keep the report and the fix list.

Will you try to sell me Userflow?

We'll point out where Userflow would solve a problem we found. We won't pretend Userflow solves problems it doesn't.

Do you only audit flows built with Userflow?

No. The methodology is product-agnostic. Userflow, custom code, another vendor, hand-coded modals — doesn't matter.

What do you need from us?

A trial seat or guest access, plus a 30-minute call. That's it.

Is it confidential?

Yes. We don't share findings, screenshots, or scores externally without your written permission.
